Shipping Information

Delivery Times US & Canada: Loose Stone and Stud Earrings orders with FREE Standard Ground Shipping: 4 to 6 business days, Overnight Service: 1 to 2 business days. All other items: 12 to 14 business days with FREE Standard Ground Shipping.

Delivery Times To All Other Countries: Loose Stone and Stud Earring orders with Standard Shipping: 9 to 12 business days. All other items: 15 to 18 business days.

Notes:

1. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as its primary carrier. UPS does not delivery to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible.



2. If you use a PO box, UPS will send you a postcard when your package arrives in your area, and you will have to call the UPS toll-free phone number on the postcard to arrange delivery or pick up. This will delay delivery of your order 6 to 14 days.



3. Whenever possible, tracking numbers are provided by E-mail when your order is shipped so that you can check on the progress of your package in transit.



4. Even if you pay extra for overnight service, UPS does not guarantee overnight shipping to all US and Canadian destinations. If you live in a remote region or in other select areas, your overnight delivery may be delayed. Please visit www.UPS.com for more details.



5. Customers outside the United States are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into the country of destination. DNL recommends that you inquire in advance of ordering at your local customs office to determine if there are any additional cost and, if so, what it would be.
   
   
6. For shipments to countries outside the US and Canada, DNL may elect to use a carrier other than UPS, depending on which offers the most reliable service and customs clearance to a specific destination based on our experience.
